- SCHEDULE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
- taken from North Carolina General Statues
- Chapters 90-89 to 90-94
-
-
- This is a list of the six schedules of classification of controlled
- substances. This list was taken from North Carolina General Statutes,
- which is generally the same as in all other states. The examples given
- under each category (or subcategory) have been abridged as well as some
- articles, mostly because of the esoteric nature of most of the substances
- listed and the lenghty legal terminology. An effort has been made to
- include widely known substances in the example lists. If you have a
- specific question about a certain drug, contact your local lawyer.
